Thank you for your interest but we have sold our home and are no longer operating a Bed & Breakfast in Anchorage Alaska.

• Winter Rates (October - April) are $125 per night*, double occupancy
• Summer Rates (May - September) are $150.00 per night*, double occupancy
• Additional persons can be added for $35.00 per night, per person. 
• Laundry facilities at $5.00 per load. 
• Visa, MasterCard, Personal Checks and Cash accepted. 
• Children under 2 at no charge
• Check in after 4pm with check out by noon is customary.
• Receipt of one night's deposit required to hold reservation.
• Security deposit must be received within one week of making reservation. 
• Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of deposit.

* Please note - Room rates are subject to a 12% municipal tax

A one night deposit will be forfeited upon cancellation made within seven (7) days of reservation.

Location:

From International Airport Road, turn right onto Minnesota southbound. Minnesota becomes O'Malley Rd after passing under the New Seward Highway overpass. Drive 4.3 miles straight up the foothills on O'Malley. The road turns left at the end and becomes Hillside Dr.

It is a redwood home on the left at the crest of the hill. There is a large stand of birch between the circular driveway. (20 minutes)
